Growing up around my father's business sparked an early interest in customers, operations, and growth—long before I knew what product management was.
That curiosity led me through experiences of a marketing role, a consulting stint at PwC, and a PM internship at Times Internet that helped me better understand where my interests naturally gravitated.
Furthermore, at MakeMyTrip, my role expanded from building mobile features to leading projects, shaping roadmaps with stakeholders and mentoring teammates. Whether it was questioning a drop-off analysis that didn't add up or improving features to strengthen our competitive advantage, I've always been more interested in understanding the problem than jumping straight to the solution.
